The Pros and Cons of Laminated Glass

July 04, July

Bent tempered glass is produced by forming compressive stress on the surface of the glass and heating the glass to intermediate temperature and then allowing the glass to cool rapidly and uniformly. During the cooling process, the outside of the glass is solidified by rapid cooling, and inside of the glass shrinks due to slow cooling, and then compressive stress is formed on the surface of the glass and tensile stress is generated inside the glass, thereby improving the strength and thermal stability of the glass.
